Workflow is managed through CreativHub, our dedicated online app built on 18 years of real-world experience managing creative work efficiently. Clients can submit requests, track progress, review work, schedule meetings, and leave feedback in one centralized dashboard, with weekly syncs to keep priorities aligned and work moving.

What kinds of work can I request?

Accepted Answer

Brand identity, UX/UI, web design, landing pages, campaign creative, motion graphics, and, on Apex, website development and ongoing site maintenance. Design work includes developer-ready outputs. Motion and video are included on Growth and Apex. Development is available on Apex only.

How many requests can I really submit?

Accepted Answer

As many as you want. They live in your queue. For quality control we work on a set number of active tasks at a time: 1 on Core Current, and 3 on both Growth Current and Apex Current. Larger projects are broken into milestones to maintain speed, clarity, and visibility. No fake revision credits or upcharges.

How fast is turnaround?

Most deliverables are completed within 1 to 3 business days, with simpler tasks often returning in 1 to 2. Revisions are usually next business day. Larger projects, such as websites or Brand Sprints, are scoped upfront and broken into smaller tasks to maintain that pace.

Who is doing the work?

You work directly with one assigned senior Creative Director. Unlike a traditional agency model, there are no middlemen, no account-team relay, no handing work off to junior designers, and no outsourcing. The person you speak to is the person completing your assignments.

What is the difference between the three plans?

Core Current is design: all visual, brand, and UX design work, with 1 active priority, 1 strategy call per month, and 2 team seats. Growth Current adds motion graphics and short-form video, and raises capacity to 3 active priorities, 2 strategy calls per month, and 3 team seats. Apex Current adds full website design and development plus ongoing website maintenance built in — normally a separate retainer — with 3 active priorities, 3 strategy calls per month, and 5 team seats. Hosting is optional on Apex.

Is strategy included?

Yes. Unlike most design subscriptions that focus strictly on execution, strategy is built into all three tiers. We can work from an existing brief, or help shape the brief itself — including campaign concepting, competitive audits, brand positioning, messaging direction, conversion and UX recommendations, and creative roadmapping.

Do you use AI?

We do not use AI to create design work — ever. All visual creative is designed by hand by experienced senior creatives. AI is used only where it improves speed without affecting quality, such as coding support, copywriting assistance, and market research. Nothing is delivered without human review, refinement, and direct approval.

Can you handle the copywriting?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Copywriting support is available on all projects, including AI-assisted drafting, manual editing for accuracy and tone, and messaging refinement. In regulated categories such as healthcare, legal, or financial services, pre-approved core copy should generally be provided by the client to ensure accuracy and compliance.

What if I need a full website built?

Apex Current includes website design and development on Webflow, Framer, or WordPress: up to one full from-scratch 10-page website, or up to 20 individual pages added to an existing site, per quarter. Content must be supplied upfront and feedback provided within 48 hours per round to support that pace.

Is website maintenance included?

Accepted Answer

Yes, on Apex Current. Ongoing website maintenance is built into the plan rather than sold as the separate retainer most studios charge for on top of a build — including content and design edits, refinements, minor bug fixes, and low-complexity speed and UX improvements. Hosting is optional and billed separately if you want us to handle it.

Can you handle design or copy edits on existing websites?

Yes, on Apex Current, which includes ongoing design and copy edits for existing websites built on supported platforms such as WordPress, Framer, and Webflow. We require an initial audit before taking on edits, and admin access must be provided for both the audit and the work.

Who builds the websites?

Accepted Answer

Your assigned Creative Director handles all design. Development is handled by a dedicated, hand-picked senior specialist developer based on the platform in use. Development is included on Apex only. Complex backend development and app development are not included.

What's not included?

Accepted Answer

Large-scale motion graphics requiring CGI or 3D animation, custom or on-site video or photo shoots, complex backend development, and web or mobile application development. For motion or video projects, source footage must be provided upfront.
