A NEW WAY FORWARD
Most marketing teams are stuck choosing between two expensive compromises. Agency retainers run $20K to $80K a month, yet the work still trickles down to junior staff while the senior talent stays booked in meetings.
Design subscriptions lower the sticker price, but quietly shift the real cost back to your team in the form of the wasted time—time spent reexplaining
the project and brand to new faces, managing multiple resources, and revising bad work that missed the mark.
Both models share the same fatal flaw: the people doing the work have the least context about your brand, strategy, and goals. So your team always ends up managing the creative you hired someone else to own.

WHO IS THIS IS FOR
For Clients
For Creatives
Remain passionate about doing exceptional work and find greater fulfillment in the craft than in sitting through meetings or running critiques.
Find deep purpose in owning the work directly, discovering better ways to solve problems, and carrying their thinking all the way through execution.
Want to work in a culture that genuinely values their talent and treats creativity as integral to the business.
Understand that the people creating the work should be central to the process, not treated as an afterthought or outsourced pair of hands.
Stay curious, continuously evolve their craft, and deliver higher-caliber modern solutions while being compensated for the value they create.
VISION
We believe the next generation of agencies will look fundamentally different from the bloated and inefficient structures of today. AI is accelerating that shift. Work that once required layers of intermediaries can now be led by the same senior creative practitioner or a small team.
But, as execution becomes easier, low-effort generic output will flood the market, making most marketing ubiquitous and invisible. Refined taste and cultural fluency with sound strategic judgment will become even more valuable and necessary. Technology can't manufacture these qualities; only hard-earned experience can cultivate them.
CreativCurrent is built for that future: a model where creatives remain close to the craft, take greater ownership, and use modern tools to accelerate exploration while applying human judgment and hands-on craft to make the work relevant, resonant, and effective.
The future of creative work belongs to those who can move quickly and adapt continuously without surrendering the hands-on authorship and instinct for human connection that make the work worth paying attention to.

ABOUT THE FOUNDER
Vic Beazzo has spent nearly two decades working across agency, in-house, and client-side teams, leading brand, UX, and campaign work from every angle.
After years inside that system, one thing became clear: the best work doesn’t survive being passed between layers. So he built a model around that. One where ideas don’t get diluted, timelines don’t drag, and the person clients work with is the same one doing the work.
Outside of the work, he’s a husband, a father of two, and someone who genuinely enjoys building things, whether that’s a digital product, a campaign, or something more hands-on like a 3D print or a toy collection that started small and got out of control. When he’s not working, he’s usually spending time with his family, traveling, or exploring whatever new tool, tech, or creative rabbit hole has his attention that week.
He built CreativCurrent for the work he wanted to be doing, and for the kind of partner he wishes had existed when he was on the client side.
